Getting to Know Amber| Utah Wedding and Family Photographer
Hi! I'm Amber Prusse. I'm a Wyoming girl who was planted and then blossomed in the great state of Utah when I married a Utah boy. I'm mostly known for my love of Harry Potter, Sodalicious and being a boy mom. Although I am surrounded by mud and dinosaur loving boys at home, there is nothing I love more than the beauty of capturing beautiful milestones in life. I'm a wedding and family photographer, who believes in creating and photographing beautiful moments that you and your family will cherish for years to come. I have served over a hundred families and brides. I love becoming best friends with grandmas during your wedding and making the silliest faces to make little people smile.
My style is classic, true to color editing. I want you to look back at your photos and love them for years to come. I always include a couple of the traditional look at the camera and smile images to send to your grandma for her family wall, and then with certain prompts and posing, I love creating opportunities for those special candid moments. It may be I ask your fresh new husband to whisper something silly in your ear, to asking all the kids to make sure mom doesn't have any buggers in her nose. These are the moments that create memories that I want to capture for you.
Being a mother and a wife, I understand the stress and concern that can go through planning your wedding and your family session. Which is why I am available to answer any questions you may have any step of the way. It may be you wondering about a certain color choice in your outfits or a certain location for your first look. I am there to give you my professional opinion and support to you!
I would love for you to follow me on Instagram to follow my daily adventures and inspiration! You can find me here!

Much love to you!
As a Utah Family Photographer, I have heard many reasons and excuses as to why someone shouldn’t get their family pictures taken. Some are pretty silly, but others are valid concerns. But at the end of the day, your family is still the #1 most important thing in your life. And it is my greatest honor to take your love for your family and put it somewhere you can see it every day. In a picture.
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw the reel that went semi-viral. I recorded this in a studio after one of my sessions. In fact, lets just watch it right now. https://www.instagram.com/p/CNSh-odBV1i/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
