Yiselle and Marty are such an amazing couple! Yieselle is a babe and you can tell that Marty has the biggest crush on her! I know Yiselle because she lived with my family while she served her mission in Cheyenne, Wyoming! I didn't know her when she was living with them, but I know my sisters absolutely adore her. And now after getting to know her a little bit, I can absolutely tell why.
Marty and Yiselle both swiped right for each other! When they met, it wasn't love at first sight, but after hanging out with each other, they started to fall for each other. Then he took her sky diving!!! She said it was on her bucket list and so they decided to go!
When we were talking about different locations to do their session at, Yiselle and Marty brought up the ity bitty town of Eureka, UT! Population: 662. It's a tiny town that has a lot of character and no stop lights. We roamed all around town to find the cutest spots and I watched these two flirt.
These two complete each other. They level each other out and most of all, they are head over heals in love.
Congrats Yiselle and Marty! I wish nothing but a happily ever after for you guys!
Rhyme and Prose is such a cute shop that I had the honor of doing a commercial shoot for! Karen contacted me about what goes into a commercial shoot because she had invested in one before! I was so excited to be her first professional Utah Commercial Photographer for her store! She was thrilled to be launching her adult line of clothes and wanted to make sure that these products would be taken care of and modeled the way she was envisioning.

I want your business to have pictures that truly represent you, your brand and your products! Whether you use these photos for fliers, your website or social media, professional images are sure to help you bring in more customers.
I want to share one of my favorite family sessions from Mini Sessions this past fall! They are a great example of how to prepare for a family session!
Family pictures are some of my absolute favorites! When it comes to getting ready for pictures, it's easy to get overwhelmed. Which is why I am here to help! Let's talk about a couple of things to help you prepare for your family session.
At the beginning of the summer, we had a family meeting and planned out our summer and we set several goals to help us have a great summer. Even though the summer is half over, you can still create a summer bucket list! There is plenty of time to have so much fun! So here are some of your ideas to do with your kids!
This is why I am a lifestyle photographer and family videographer. I want to capture your family, in this moment, right now. Because this time is so fleeting. And having these memories is all that we will have left someday. Let’s capture your memories now. Don’t wait for those 10 pounds to come off. Don’t wait until you have fancy clothes. It honestly doesn’t matter. The time is now.
I love listening to podcasts. They are short and sweet and they are part of my daily routine! I love listening to a variety of shows ranging from self help, business improvement to true crime! Here are some of my favorites!
Paisley certainly loved her new little brother. She was all about kisses and loves. One of my favorite parts of this session was towards the end when Paisley and her dad showed me all of their dance moves! They even had their own routine! I hope that they will continue to dance with each other over the years!
We met up Provo Canyon so early in the morning! But in order to get the best light and have a happy baby, we decided that an early morning session would be best. And it was! It was the BEST!! We got there at 7 am and the grass was still dewy. It was just peaceful! I love this location in Provo Canyon because it looks amazing all year round. That tall grass and beautiful mountain view make the perfect setting for any kind of photo session.
As a Utah Family Photographer, I have heard many reasons and excuses as to why someone shouldn’t get their family pictures taken. Some are pretty silly, but others are valid concerns. But at the end of the day, your family is still the #1 most important thing in your life. And it is my greatest honor to take your love for your family and put it somewhere you can see it every day. In a picture.
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw the reel that went semi-viral. I recorded this in a studio after one of my sessions. In fact, lets just watch it right now. https://www.instagram.com/p/CNSh-odBV1i/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
I received several comments on this post, and I just want to take a minute to address them.
